Job Title: Email Marketing Intern

Location: Andheri East - Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, with a keen interest in analytics and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  • Work with the design and content team to create engaging email templates and newsletters.
  • Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and maintain data hygiene.
  • Schedule, test, and send email campaigns through email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and layouts.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
  • Generate regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing best practices and data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Support in developing automated email workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in email marketing and digital communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (optional but a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in copywriting and design.
