We're now looking for a Social Media Manager who can elevate our digital voice, build community engagement, and create scroll-stopping content that embodies the Aura Jewels experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.


• Conceptualize and manage campaigns, collaborations, and influencer marketing aligned with brand objectives.


• Drive organic growth, engagement, and follower acquisition through data-backed content planning.


• Oversee content production — from ideation to shoot planning, editing coordination, and final publishing.


• Collaborate closely with design, brand, and performance teams to ensure consistent tone and storytelling.


• Monitor and analyze social media insights, trends, and competitor activity to optimize performance.


• Handle community management — responding to DMs, comments, and maintaining positive brand engagement.

Desired Profile


• 4–8 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing.


• Prior experience in D2C lifestyle, beauty, skincare, or premium fashion/jewellery brands (e.g., d'you, Inde Wild, Foxtale, Hyphen, Dot & Key, Minimalist, Plixlife, Zepto, Reserve Nooe, The Man Company, etc.).


• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, influencer collaborations, and brand positioning.


• Hands-on experience with Instagram Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools.


• Excellent communication, creativity, and aesthetic sense.


• A natural storyteller with a pulse on trends and luxury consumer behavior.
