Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
    (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, cost & efficiency

) to continuously refine strategies.
- ⁠Implement and support brand marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency and visibility across all digital touchpoints.
- Leverage A/B testing and performance marketing principles to
maximize ROI.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

-
5–7 years of experience in performance marketing

, preferably in the social media marketing or D2C space.

  • Proven expertise in
    Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management

.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

  • Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance-driven growth strategies.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site role in Mumbai.

Experience in the nutrition, health, or FMCG industry is a plus.
