We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketer specializing in Social Media Ads to join our dynamic Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand goals, execute strategies, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.
- Create, manage, and optimize end-to-end ad campaigns across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
- Utilize data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms to achieve optimal results.
- Continuously evaluate the budget distribution to ensure the highest ROI on ad spend.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, optimization strategies, and upcoming initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising & D2C marketing.
Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, preferably in a D2C environment.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms' advertising features, algorithms, and targeting options.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification) are a plus.
