About the Role

DTDC is looking for a
Performance Marketing & Digital Analytics Manager
to build and scale our full-funnel growth engine — driving acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital channels.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll own campaigns end-to-end: from execution, analytics setup, and optimization, to delivering insights that power business growth. You'll lead initiatives across paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing, SEO, and Martech while collaborating with Inside Sales, Product, Business Development, and Data Engineering teams.

Your Mission:
Deliver sustainable user and revenue growth across India and international markets through measurable, insight-led digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute DTDC's performance marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, SEO, and Martech.
  • Run end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Deploy & manage Martech tools: GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, Salesforce/HubSpot.
  • Own budgets, KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization across channels.
  • Drive funnel improvements through A/B testing, experiments, and diagnostics.
  • Partner with Product & Sales to enhance acquisition, conversion, and user journeys.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team across performance, CRM, SEO, and Martech.
  • Develop dashboards, forecasting models, and attribution frameworks for decision-making.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to expand organic visibility and traffic.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns for business expansion and growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing with proven results (preferably in startups, B2B, or Ecommerce).
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Advanced skills in GA4, GTM, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), automation tools, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics, experimentation, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
