Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer specializing in Google and Meta Ads at Aromatan Brands Private Limited, located in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook). Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, designing strategies for improved ROI, conducting A/B testing, and identifying opportunities for growth. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with company objectives, monitor budgets, and create detailed performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads for running and scaling campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and using analytics tools to generate insights
  • Strong skills in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and ad creative strategy
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in designing and managing advertising budgets and optimizing expenditure allocation
  • Familiarity with the fragrance or lifestyle product industry is a bonus
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

1 year experience with Google & Meta ads is very important.
