Senior Lead Generation Specialist (Team Lead Level) B2B IT Hardware
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joiner
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand our customer base in the IT hardware rental sector. - Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry, including conducting market analysis and competitor assessments. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Engage in direct corporate sales (B2B) to acquire new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Cold Calling & Lead Qualification:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, qualify leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. - Revenue Generation & Target Achievement:
Focus on revenue generation by meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and profitability. - Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in B2B lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Skills:
Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and CRM systems. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical:
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities. - Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
