About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for IT service-based businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with B2B lead generation strategies, tools, and campaigns to drive consistent sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other online/offline channels.
- Generate high-quality leads in the IT services and software development domain.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and decision-making process.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Analyse and report on lead generation performance, suggesting improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in lead generation for IT services/technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS/IT services industry.
- Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate qualified leads from multiple geographies (US, UK, Middle East, APAC).
- Experience in running email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in working with start-ups or growing IT service-based companies.
- Knowledge of lead scoring and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
