Role Overview

We are looking for a
Lead Generation Executive
who will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
B2B lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients
, particularly in the
design and IT services domain
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through
    LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, databases, and other channels
    .
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy pipeline for the business development team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to
    connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Product Heads, Marketing Leads, etc.)
    .
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively pitching our
    design and IT services
    .
  • Nurture leads through
    consistent follow-ups, personalized outreach, and relationship-building
    .
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics using CRM and automation tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in
    lead generation or inside sales
    , preferably in
    design agencies or IT consulting/services companies
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B sales cycle
    and outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Freshsales, Zoho, etc.), and email automation platforms
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven with a growth mindset and target-oriented approach.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience generating leads for
    design, software development, or IT consulting services
    .
  • Knowledge of
    digital marketing, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions
    .
  • Experience in using
    AI tools
    for research and outreach.
