Role Overview
We are looking for a
Lead Generation Executive
who will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
B2B lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients

design and IT services domain
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through
LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, databases, and other channels
. - Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy pipeline for the business development team.
- Develop and execute strategies to
connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Product Heads, Marketing Leads, etc.)
. - Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively pitching our
design and IT services
. - Nurture leads through
consistent follow-ups, personalized outreach, and relationship-building
. - Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics using CRM and automation tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in
lead generation or inside sales
, preferably in
design agencies or IT consulting/services companies
. - Strong understanding of
B2B sales cycle
and outbound lead generation strategies. - Proficiency in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Freshsales, Zoho, etc.), and email automation platforms
. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-driven with a growth mindset and target-oriented approach.
Good to Have
- Prior experience generating leads for
design, software development, or IT consulting services
. - Knowledge of
digital marketing, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions
. - Experience in using
AI tools
for research and outreach.
