About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled digital marketing specialist with expertise in search ads, lead generation campaigns, and account management.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to manage and optimize large ad budgets, and have proven experience in handling multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing search campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Manage and scale budgets effectively across multiple client accounts.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams or clients.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, specifically in search and lead gen.
- Proven track record of handling monthly budgets and driving high-quality leads.
- Experience managing 10 or more digital marketing accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
