Quick Commerce Lead
to manage end-to-end operations and business growth across leading platforms like
Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket
.
Role Overview
The
Quick Commerce Lead
will be responsible for handling
end-to-end Quick Commerce business operations
for ISNAP's clients, including onboarding, product cataloging, price negotiations, marketplace coordination, performance monitoring, and advertising campaigns.
This individual will act as the
single point of contact (POC)
between ISNAP's internal teams, client brands, and marketplace partners, ensuring smooth execution and measurable growth across all Quick Commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Business Launch & Account Setup
- Lead the onboarding and launch of client brands across Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket.
- Coordinate with marketplace category teams to ensure listings go live with proper visibility and inventory alignment.
2. Catalogue & Listing Management
- Oversee product catalog creation, content optimization, and quality compliance for each marketplace.
- Ensure timely listing updates, pricing accuracy, and stock management to avoid order loss.
3. Marketplace Relations & Price Negotiations
- Establish and maintain relationships with category managers and marketplace teams.
- Drive price negotiations, promotional participation, and visibility programs to maximize margins and ROI.
4. Campaign & Performance Management
- Plan and execute in-app ad campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze sales data, and optimize campaigns for better conversions.
5. Account Growth & Seller Brand Development
- Build and implement brand-specific strategies to enhance visibility, performance, and sales.
- Ensure growth in monthly GMV, order volume, and brand visibility across all marketplaces.
6. Team & Process Management
- Collaborate with internal departments — cataloging, design, analytics, and marketing — for smooth execution.
- Train and guide junior team members to maintain operational excellence.

- Marketplace Launch:
TimelinesSuccessfully launch all assigned brands on Quick Commerce platforms within the agreed TAT. - GMV Growth:
Achieve targeted month-on-month GMV growth for client brands. - Campaign ROI:
Maintain positive ROI and performance metrics on ad spends across marketplaces. - Catalogue Accuracy:
100% error-free listings and real-time inventory sync across all platforms. - Partner Engagement:
Maintain strong marketplace relationships and secure regular brand visibility opportunities. - Client Satisfaction:
Ensure smooth communication, proactive reporting, and client satisfaction scores above 90%.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in
Quick Commerce / Marketplace Operations / eCommerce Business Management
. - Strong understanding of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket operational workflows.
- Proven experience in
catalog management, pricing strategy, promotions, and ad campaigns. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight timelines.
