What you'll do:

  • Own revenue & P&L across
    D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce
  • Lead
    performance marketing (Meta/Google), CRM, retention & funnels
  • Scale marketplace presence with smart assortment, listings & promos
  • Build & lead a
    5-member growth team
  • Partner with brand, product & ops to align growth with execution

What we're looking for:

  • 4–6 years in
    D2C / e-commerce growth
    (personal care, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise in
    performance marketing & CRM
  • Proven track record of
    owning and scaling P&L
  • Hustle to thrive in
    early-stage, high-intensity setups
