About the Role

We're looking for a
results-driven Growth Manager
to lead
customer acquisition, revenue, and brand visibility
through
high-impact Google Ads campaigns
.

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Strategy & Execution

  • Lead campaigns across
    Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
    .
  • Optimize
    bidding, targeting, creatives, and placements
    to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously test and refine
    ad copy, landing pages, and funnels
    for higher conversions.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track key metrics:
    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV
    .
  • Run
    A/B tests
    and implement
    data-driven optimizations
    .
  • Use
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution models
    to measure campaign effectiveness.

Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify new
    audience segments
    and
    market opportunities
    .
  • Build
    retargeting
    and
    lookalike campaigns
    to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Design scalable
    growth strategies
    rooted in insights and performance trends.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with
    marketing, creative, and sales
    teams for integrated execution.
  • Ensure proper
    tracking setup
    and seamless landing page integration.
  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership to guide growth decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in
    Google Ads / Performance Marketing
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    campaign optimization
    and
    growth analytics
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution modeling
    .
  • Analytical and creative mindset with a passion for experimentation.
  • Prior experience scaling
    e-commerce or D2C
    campaigns is a plus.
