About the Role
We're seeking an
Assistant Performance Marketing Manager – ABM & Pipeline Acceleration
to lead full-funnel growth for a global firm specializing in
AI, Customer Experience (CX), and Cybersecurity
solutions. You will drive enterprise demand creation, manage channel strategy, and optimize pipeline velocity through data-driven, account-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
programs targeting CIOs, CTOs, and key procurement stakeholders. - Manage and optimize performance across
LinkedIn, Google, display, and owned/earned media
channels. - Collaborate with
content, sales, and SDR teams
to design targeted journeys and enterprise offers. - Build and maintain dashboards to monitor
CAC, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and ROI
. - Continuously test and refine
messaging, offers, and funnel flows
to improve pipeline yield.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of
B2B performance marketing
experience in enterprise IT or consulting environments. - Proven expertise in
LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4
, and
HubSpot/Marketo
. - Strong background in
ABM, intent data, and buying-committee insights
. - Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to thrive in
US business hours
.
