Marketing Head
to lead our marketing team and drive brand visibility, digital presence, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and lead generation.

* Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.

* Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.

* Lead the marketing team and coordinate with sales, content, and design teams for cohesive campaigns.

* Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

* Build and maintain partnerships, collaborations, and brand campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for management.

* Guide the development of creative content and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements
:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* 6+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, etc.).

* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
