Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our
marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealer, merchant, and vendor
relationships while promoting our app subscription services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, merchants, and vendors.
- Promote and manage subscription plans for the company's application.
- Handle customer queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive subscription growth.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and report to management for service
- improvement.
- Support in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase subscriptions.
Skills &Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer conflicts and provide effective resolutions.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude.
