The role involves managing and scaling website operations, digital marketing performance, and marketplace coordination across major platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Nykaa Fashion.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a minimum of ₹1 crore in monthly digital revenue, with a strong understanding of e-commerce analytics, customer behaviour, and brand-driven storytelling.Key Responsibilities1. E-commerce Strategy & Revenue GrowthManage and grow the D2C website end-to-end, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue.Develop and execute digital campaigns to achieve sales and growth objectives.Oversee product uploads, offers, and on-site optimization.Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization initiatives.2. Catalog & Marketplace ManagementSupervise catalog operations and ensure product listings are complete and accurate.Manage pricing, inventory, and content compliance on marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon).Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product visibility and promotions.3. Performance Marketing & RetentionCollaborate with internal and external teams for paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and influencer channels.Plan and execute CRM-based retention campaigns via Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar tools.Drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifecycle marketing strategies.4. Operations & FulfilmentEnsure smooth order processing and delivery in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.Monitor SLAs, returns, and order ageing to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.5.
