Job Title: E-commerce Manager (D2C Fashion Jewellery & Apparel)

Department: Digital Business & E-commerce

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: COO

Position Overview

  • Manage and scale end-to-end e-commerce operations for Estele's D2C business.
  • Drive growth across the company's website and marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, etc.).
  • Handle 1 crore+ monthly digital revenue.
  • Lead a full-stack digital commerce team — covering catalog, marketing, operations, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, merchandising, storytelling, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

1. D2C E-commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Own and grow Estele's D2C website channel.
  • Plan and execute digital sales campaigns to increase revenue and conversions.
  • Manage complete website operations — product uploads, checkout flows, and performance integrations.
  • Run A/B tests, personalization, bundling, and loyalty promotions.
  • Focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and bounce rate reduction.
  • Collaborate with creative, tech, and marketing teams to enhance user experience.

2. Catalog Management & Marketplace Coordination

  • Lead catalog operations including taxonomy, listings, and product data enrichment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) for stock, pricing, and visuals.
  • Ensure listing accuracy and compliance with brand and platform guidelines.

3. Performance Marketing & Retention

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for ROAS-driven campaigns (Meta, Google, influencers, affiliates).
  • Map the full customer journey — acquisition to retention.
  • Manage CRM campaigns via Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar tools across Email, WhatsApp, and Push.

4. Operations & Fulfillment

  • Oversee the full order lifecycle — from placement to delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to maintain SLAs and minimize returns.
  • Manage reverse logistics and order tracking to ensure profitability.

5. Analytics, Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Own the e-commerce P&L and track revenue, spends, returns, and margins.
  • Develop dashboards using Google Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Forecast and monitor KPIs — CAC, CLTV, repeat rate, inventory turnover, and profitability.
