Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager for our client in the hotel industry, based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales and optimizing the customer journey to enhance growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Email Marketing Automation (Mandatory skill): Expertise in creating automated email campaigns tailored to customer segments to boost engagement and retention.
  • Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in designing and executing successful social media ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and optimizing inventory to ensure availability and reduce excess stock.
  • A/B Testing: Ability to design and interpret A/B tests aimed at enhancing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Skilled in applying strategies and techniques to enhance the percentage of visitors who convert into customers.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and developing a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to interpret website data and inform decision-making processes effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the online inventory management process to optimize stock levels and product availability.
  • Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns to engage customers and increase loyalty.
  • Lead social media advertising efforts to drive awareness and sales through targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine customer journeys and user experience on the e-commerce platform.
  • Analyze website metrics and user behavior to suggest improvements for conversion rate enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
