This is a full-time remote role. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Has exposure in US market with good clientele base. Good in Lead generation and acquisition of new clients.

Experience in handling delivery with Team ManagementConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Required Skills:Strong knowledge of IT Staffing Industry. Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development. Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.

Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers' Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location. Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill. Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring ,Managers and Business Owners.

Effectively present our services to new and existing clients

Mandatory skills required:Min 5 Years of relevant work exp in US IT Staffing or IT StaffingShould able to bring new clients as soon as you onboard (within a month)Should have contacts with direct client

Should have good connections or contacts with CIO, CFO of big companies.QualificationsMin 10 Years of relevant work experience in Business Development and working in IT industry

Should be good in IT staffing

Should have excellent knowledge and work experience in bringing new clients to IndSafri directly (No cold calling)We are looking for candidates who can join within 30 days or immediately available

Strong communication skills
