Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales Manager)
Location: Delhi (NCR)
Reports To: Head Of Business development
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales Manager) will be responsible for driving the growth of FABO Services through identifying and securing new franchise partners. This role involves managing the end-to-end franchise sales process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and expanding the brands footprint in the Madhya Pradesh region. The role requires an individual who can build strong relationships, develop sales strategies, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the franchise opportunity to prospective franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Identify and target potential franchisee partners through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
- Present and promote FABO Services franchise opportunities to prospective franchisees, clearly explaining the brand, benefits, and investment requirements.
Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet franchise growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure appropriate promotional campaigns for franchise acquisition.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
- Provide support to new franchisees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the system and have the necessary resources to succeed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and potential franchise locations.
Analyze financial and market data to prepare reports and forecasts for franchise sales performance.
Training and Support:
Assist in the onboarding process of new franchisees, providing necessary training and operational guidance.
Support franchisees in meeting operational standards and maintaining brand consistency.
Reporting & Performance Metrics:
Track and report on franchise sales performance and progress against set targets.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on franchise recruitment, progress, and market feedback.
