Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, fostering relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients/customers.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as needed.
