Job Title: Business Development Manager
Exp: 1+ yr || Location: CP, Delhi (WFH)
Salary: 15k - 23k in hand
~ Females with career gap are most welcome
~ Current location must be Delhi NCR
~ Preferred if exp. of business development in HR/ recruitment firm
Responsibilities:
- On-boarding IT & Non-IT clients for the recruitment purpose
 - To keep records of sales, revenue & invoices etc.
 - To develop business relationships at the HR or CXO/ CIO/ CTO level
 - Responding to the calls and managing data
 - Visiting clients if required
 - Companys promotion/ branding on social media platforms
 
Required Skills:
- Preferred if exp. in a recruitment firm
 - Must be ready for F2F client meetings if required
 - Should have good negotiation skills
 - Must be active on Social Media platforms
 - Working knowledge of Excel, google drive. Preferred if knowledge of Canva
 - Should have own laptop/ internet connection at home
 - Excellent communication skills required
