Business Development Manager - Direct Sales, US Healthcare Providers (AI RCM/IT Services)
Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record of directly connecting with US healthcare providers and their offices and successfully selling healthcare IT services, especially RCM services and AI-enabled solutions? Are you comfortable working independently during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours to generate leads, manage relationships, and close deals within the provider segment?
If you thrive on building direct client relationships and closing deals for innovative technology solutions in healthcare while operating during US business hours, we invite you to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the US healthcare provider landscape and the intricacies of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will operate as an independent, full-cycle sales professional, responsible for directly targeting, engaging, and securing new business from provider offices and individual healthcare providers across the US.
Your primary focus will be selling our innovative healthcare IT services, including comprehensive RCM services and leveraging the value of our AI-enabled solutions in areas like virtual scribing, billing, and other relevant clinical/administrative services. This role requires you to proactively generate your own leads, nurture relationships from initial contact to deal closure, effectively pitch the benefits of our RCM and AI services, and manage opportunities autonomously.
This role is fully remote, requiring your availability and work to be conducted primarily during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours (7.00 PM AM IST) to effectively engage and support clients across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently generate leads and actively target prospective provider offices and healthcare providers within the US healthcare market for our IT and RCM services.
- Conduct outreach and engage with key decision-makers directly within provider practices (e.g., Practice Managers, Physicians, Administrators) during US business hours.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our healthcare IT and RCM services, with a specific emphasis on how our solutions, including AI capabilities, deliver measurable benefits (e.g., improved revenue, efficiency, accuracy, cost savings, better provider workflow).
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads and opportunities from initial contact through to successful deal closure, working autonomously.
- Negotiate terms and close deals independently, demonstrating strong sales acumen.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service delivery) as needed, while taking primary ownership of the sales process.
- Demonstrate and apply a proven ability to consistently secure new healthcare IT and RCM services business by directly selling to US healthcare provider offices and individual providers.
- Stay informed about US healthcare IT trends, regulations (like HIPAA), RCM best practices, AI advancements in healthcare, and the competitive landscape, specifically as they impact provider practices.
Qualifications: MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in US IT Sales/BDM/Inside Sales with a significant focus and proven success selling Healthcare IT Services directly to the US healthcare provider market (medical groups, clinics, individual practices).
- Prior experience in selling RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services specifically to US-based physicians, clinics, or hospitals is required.
- Proven track record of connecting directly with decision-makers in US healthcare provider offices/practices and successfully closing IT services deals.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, payer-provider relationships, and insurance reimbursement methodologies is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a full-cycle sales professional, including self-generated lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Strong ability to articulate the value and benefits of our Healthcare IT and RCM services, including AI-enabled solutions (e.g., virtual scribing, automation in RCM/Billing, clinical support AI) to healthcare providers and their staff.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare provider landscape and their IT/RCM service needs is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct effective pitches to providers and practice staff.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly energetic, and comfortable working in an autonomous role during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of contacts within US healthcare provider organizations (medical groups, clinics, hospitals/health systems) is a significant plus.
Salary will not be a bar for the right candidate.
