Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and drivenBusiness Development Manager – Sales (Field)to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, meeting clients on-site, presenting products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in field sales.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through field visits, market research, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Visit customer sites regularly to pitch products/services and understand client requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territories. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field. Proficiency in MS Office.Preferred Attributes:·Strong presentation skills and ability to close high-value deals. ·Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
