What We Like to See in You A self-motivated BDR with 3+ years of experience in software product sales, particularly in themanufacturing and automotive domains . Familiarity with sellingERP, MES, inventory, or quality control systemsis a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to interact withoperations heads, plant managers, and decision-makersin manufacturing units. Experience inon-ground sales —willingness and ability totravel, meet customers in person , and foster long-term business relationships. Exposure to working withchannel partners, vendors, and solution integratorsin a collaborative sales ecosystem. Identify and engagepotential customersin the manufacturing and automotive industries. Present thevalue proposition of Scanflow’s AI-driven solutionsand map them to customers’ operational challenges. Build a solidsales pipelinethrough cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and market research. Partner with vendors and implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment of the solution. Participate inindustry events, demos, and presentationsto increase product visibility. Driveterritory-specific sales strategies , ensuring consistent revenue growth. What You'll Bring to the Table A Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Marketing, Business, or related field . Strong understanding of industry needs:production challenges, quality assurance gaps, and safety protocols . Excellent verbal and written communication skills withpresentation flair . Proficiency inCRM systems , sales reporting, and performance analytics. A collaborative mindset andeagerness to thrive in a high-energy product environment .
