At Kezan, We are looking for Business Development Managers to join our Business Development department and generate businesses on pan India level. Number of open positions- 2 Salary- As per Market Standards Work location- Delhi NCR | Noida Sector 1 Experience - 2-4 years (*) Must be from Consultancy Background are PREFERRED. Responsibilities:
• Acquiring new clients or business, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and establishing the sales lifecycle that contribute to expanding the corporate sales funnel .
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotations and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including market research , opportunity qualification due diligence and closing. Send email campaigns / newsletters. Efficiency into follow ups. Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• (*)Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Development with the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
