And at Kezan, our expertise is fueling this spark.   At Kezan, We are looking for Business Development Managers to join our Business  Development department and generate businesses on pan India level.  Number of open positions- 2 Salary- As per Market Standards Work location- Delhi NCR | Noida Sector 1 Experience - 2-4 years (*) Must be from Consultancy Background are PREFERRED. Responsibilities:  
• Acquiring new clients or business, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and  establishing the sales lifecycle that contribute to expanding the corporate sales funnel .
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 
• Finding and developing new markets and improving  sales. 
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
• Developing quotations and proposals for clients. 
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are  met. 
• Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including market  research , opportunity qualification due diligence and closing. Send email campaigns /  newsletters. Efficiency into follow ups.  Requirements and skills:  
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. 
• (*)Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Development with the Manpower/  Outsourcing industry. 
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency. 
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills. 
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. 
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
