About the Role

SRB International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager Defence Division with proven experience in defence, homeland security, and advanced technology markets. The role focuses on driving business growth for drone technologies and counter-drone (anti-drone) solutions across government, defence, security agencies, and select private-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in UAVs, surveillance drones, and counter-drone systems etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Defence Forces, Paramilitary Forces, Law Enforcement Agencies, Defence PSUs, and Industrial Security Clients.
  • Manage the complete business development and sales lifecycle, including lead generation, technical-commercial proposals, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to design and propose customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in drones and counter-UAS systems.
  • Handle tenders, RFPs/RFQs, vendor registrations, and compliance documentation with government and defence organizations.
  • Represent SRB International at defence exhibitions, expos, demonstrations, and industry conferences.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline tracking, and strategic growth plans for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science) or MBA in Marketing / Business Development.
  • 38 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within Defence, Aerospace, Security, UAV, or Homeland Security domains.
  • Strong professional network with Armed Forces, Defence PSUs ( HAL, DRDO, BHEL etc.), MoD stakeholders, and Government Procurement Agencies.
  • Good understanding of UAV platforms, ISR systems, radars, RF jammers, EO/IR sensors, and anti-drone technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong strategic and analytical abilities.
