Education/ Experience (Key Requirements)

.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Business or a related field.

.Master's Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)

.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in India operations within the cable and wire industry.

.Proven track record in managing large-scale of Tender/Bidding in India Based market.

.Proven track record of successfully managing indian Utlity Busineess like Transmission (Distribution Companies) & Electricity

Board, with a deep understanding of the business landscape, cultural nuances, and market trends.

.In-depth knowledge of cable and wire products, specifications, and applications within the industry.

.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the cable and wire industry in the India.

Skills :-

.Strong understanding of power distribution systems, smart metering, grid modernization, and utility operations.

.Proficiency in bid management, commercial negotiations, and contract management.

.Willingness to travel extensively across India.

.Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills at government and enterprise levels.

.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

.In-depth understanding of cable manufacturing technologies and processes.

.Strong communication and negotiation skills.

.Proven experience in managing large teams in a factory setting
