We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals t0 join our team as Customer Support Executive on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries efficiently via phone, email or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat to resolve customer queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Record and update customer details in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer service (voice/non-voice) will be an advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards
