Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at our Noida location. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of support. The role also includes managing and improving customer service processes, collaborating with internal teams, and fostering positive customer experiences to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service Management and maintaining customer-focused strategies
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Customer Relations, or a related field
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
