We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.

  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.

  • Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

  • Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th.

  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Experience Range:

1 - 3 years
