Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)

Reporting to the Director

Location - Raipur

Experience
- At least 4-6 years in executive or administrative assistance/supporting executives.

The Executive Assistant should deliver high-level administrative assistance to senior leaders, This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Raipur. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the Managing Director's diary, handling communications, and offering executive support. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting in various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the executive's calendar and arrange meetings.

Administer emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Manage emails, phone calls.

Manage confidential information with care and professionalism.

Create agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items

Organize travel plans and logistics. Plan travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.

Create reports, presentations, and minutes for meetings.

Write, review, and organize reports, presentations, and various documents.

Safeguard confidential files and documents.

Monitor deadlines, projects, and obligations to ensure timely completion.

Connect with internal teams and external partners as required.

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Candidate Criteria:

Age Range: 30-35 years and older

Personality Traits:

Professionally established and stable, Mature, Disciplined

Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion

Skills:

·       Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills

·       Executive Support and Diary Management skills

·       Strong Communication skills

·       Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Experience in a similar role is preferred

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is beneficial
