Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–5 years (Franchise Development / Retail Trade / Alliances)
What You'll Do:
Franchise Growth
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our business footprint.
Relationship Building
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
Strategic Alliances
• Initiate and manage tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and brand visibility.
Market Research
• Conduct research to spot new opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.
Partner Support
• Assist franchise partners with business planning, operations, and performance optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and partner support.
Target Achievement
• Drive revenue growth by meeting franchise acquisition and strategic alliance goals.
Industry Representation
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking forums.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Franchise Development
• Proven track record in franchise appointment, expansion, and management.
Retail & Alliances Expertise
• Strong background in retail trade and building business alliances.
Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred)
• Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare domain is a plus.
Communication & Negotiation
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Result-Oriented Mindset
• Self-starter with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Willing to Travel
• Comfortable with frequent travel for business development activities.
Qualifications:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA preferred, but not mandatory
