Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to meet business objectives. The role will also include conducting market research, attending industry events, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development in machnical area ,wire harness .experience in deling with mnc'c ,defance Psu ,diffrent Brd'c of air force, army and Naval work shops sales strategy development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and competitor benchmarking
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the defense sector or related industries is a strong advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Delhi Area
