Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at ALLEN, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the growth and expansion of ALLEN's presence and offerings. The role involves market research, analysis, and reporting, as well as collaborating with various internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
