Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Territory Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include training and mentoring the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves frequent communication with clients and team members, managing sales operations, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Successful track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Bengaluru and other fast-growing cities in India is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
