We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and recruitment while supporting day-to-day organizational tasks. If you're enthusiastic about people management, communication, and learning HR operations in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction of new hires
Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and performance data collection
Support HR team with policy implementation and compliance tasks
Contribute to process improvement and research in HR best practices
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
