Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and objectives.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
