Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Patna. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, managing employee benefits, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and compliance procedures
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and engagement programs
  • Maintain a healthy and productive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
