Role Overview:

As an
HR Associate
, you'll assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance and smooth daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel records
  • Assist in payroll and attendance management
  • Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or related roles (Freshers with HR internships may apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office or HR management tools
