  • Develop recruitment plans and manage hiring of new and experienced employees
  • 직원 온보딩 및 교육 프로그램 기획 및 실행
  • Plan and implement onboarding and training programs for employees
  • 성과 관리, 평가, 보상 체계 운영
  • Manage performance evaluations, appraisals, and compensation systems
  • 직원 관계 관리 및 내부 커뮤니케이션 지원
  • Handle employee relations and support internal communications
  • HR 정책 수립 및 준수 관리
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance

  • 관련 분야 5~10년 이상 경력, HR 관리자 경험 필수
