Role Description

Homeday is seeking a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist based in Patna. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and implementing training and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. The role also requires collaboration with hiring managers to create and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting processes
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions
  • Experience in Training and onboarding programs
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
