As the Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions within the organization. Employee Engagement and Retention:    - Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.    - Work with management to implement retention strategies and reduce turnover. 7. Training and Development:    - Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. 8. HR Reporting:    - Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
