**About the Job Role**:
Pepup HR is actively recruiting proficient and innovative professionals to join our client's dynamic team in the role of Video Editor. The responsibilities for this position encompass the editing of video content specifically tailored for political campaigns. The tasks involved will primarily entail creating speech cuts of leaders, developing video slideshows, producing campaign launch videos, and crafting app explainers for various social media platforms.

We are seeking individuals with exceptional editing skills, a keen visual sense, proficiency in color correction, an excellent understanding of pace and timing, adept project management across multiple timelines, and the ability to conceptualize written content and translate it into compelling visual and auditory elements to realize the producer's or director’s vision. While a comprehensive knowledge of politics or previous experience in the political domain would be advantageous, a profound political acumen is deemed essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for cutting and packaging videos from field and other sources.
- Responsible for creations of videos from scratch.
- Responsible for creating videos from footage shot by us.
- Responsible for the following briefs sent by teams via producer and following the brief to produce videos for campaign teams.
- Coming up with new treatments and ideas to showcase video.
- Responsible for creating video repository by making speech cuts etc.
- Monitoring and coordinating the post-production processes with producers/directors.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any field/discipline (mandatory).
- 1 - 5 Years of hands-on video shooting and editing experience.
- In-depth understanding of social platforms.
- Premiere pro is must
- ⁠Basics of After Effects
- ⁠Having knowledge of photoshop and illustrator is bonus
- ⁠Basics of color grading
- Zeal to keep learning and experimenting.
- Handling Camera would be an added advantage.

**Job Role Details**:

- Location: Patna, Bihar
- Mode: Full Time (Work from Office)
- Experience: 1-5 years in the relevant field
- Remuneration: 7.2-12 LPA (Consultant Model)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
