Job Description Key Responsibilities A. Strategic Sales & Business Development Revenue Growth: Own the P&L and revenue targets for both the B2B API division and the Channel Partner business unit. B2B API Sales: Drive the adoption of Toshani's Financial APIs, Verification APIs (Aadhar, AePS, DMT, CMS etc.), and Utility APIs (BBPS, FASTag) by targeting major financial institutions, banks, merchant aggregators, and large enterprises. Channel Network Expansion: Design and execute a scalable strategy to aggressively acquire, onboard, and manage a vast network of Distributors, Franchisees, and Nextgen Toshani Kendras in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural/semi-urban markets. Key Account Management: Nurture and expand relationships with high-value partners and institutions, securing long-term contracts and strategic alliances. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activities and market trends (especially regarding Micro-ATM, Kiosk Banking, and cash-to-digital solutions) to identify new business opportunities and product requirements. B. Marketing, Branding, and Partner Acquisition Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches (e.g., Kiosk ATM services, new API features) tailored for both B2B clients and Channel Partners. Partner Marketing: Create highly effective, performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on recruiting and incentivizing potential Channel Partners/Franchisees to join the Toshani network. Content & Digital Strategy: Oversee the development of sales collateral, product documentation (for APIs), and digital marketing content that articulates the value proposition of financial inclusion and last-mile services. Brand Positioning: Strengthen Toshani Digital's position as a trusted and innovative leader in the fintech and assisted digital convenience space. C. Leadership and Team Management Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales managers, marketing specialists, and channel relationship executives. Process Optimization: Implement robust sales operations, reporting metrics, and CRM processes to ensure forecasting accuracy and team efficiency.
