Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Recruiter, and Driver, Bike Rider based in Patna. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include workforce planning, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining candidate databases, and managing job postings on various platforms. The Recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes including talent sourcing, pre-screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Drive safely and insure safety guidelines
  • Experience with creating and managing job postings across online platforms and job boards.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with stakeholders and candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment branding, employer policies, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage applicant databases and recruitment metrics.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
