Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Patna. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, posting job ads, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also be involved in developing strong relationships with team members and external recruitment agencies.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, social media, and other platforms
  • Experience in conducting interviews and screening candidates
  • Proficient in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of creating and posting job advertisements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Patna
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
