Job Description (JD) for the position of Business Development Executive in a Recruitment/Placement Agency:

Position: Business Development Executive

Industry: Recruitment / Placement Agency

Location: Patna (Work From Home)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Business Development (Recruitment Industry preferred)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time – Work From Home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from potential clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
  • Pitch recruitment and placement services to companies through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team for successful closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in the Recruitment/HR industry.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Must have own laptop and good internet connectivity for remote working.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
