Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B Admissions)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Nature of Work: Field Job (Extensive Travel Within Region)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our B2B admission network. The candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and education consultants to promote admissions in Regular, Distance, and Online UG & PG programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Partnership Development

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners and institutional collaborators.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure steady student admission leads.
  • Conduct product/academic presentations and orientation sessions for partners.

2. Admission Promotion & Conversion Support

  • Train partners on eligibility, university tie-ups, fee structure, and application processes.
  • Support partners in managing the end-to-end admission journey for students.
  • Coordinate between partners and internal admission teams to ensure smooth processing.

3. Field Visits & Market Expansion

  • Conduct regular field visits to institutions, coaching centers, and potential partner networks.
  • Organize and participate in seminars, counseling drives, and local promotional activities.
  • Develop region-wise growth strategies to maximize admissions.

4. Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate partner performance records and lead conversion data.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly business progress reports.
  • Work toward achieving individual and team admission targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, channel development, or education counseling.
  • Strong understanding of Regular, Distance, and Online education admission models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for field meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
